About The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit a full time Senior IT Manager reporting directly to the COO, the Senior IT Manager will lead our day-to-day IT operations, strengthen our support model, and elevate the reliability and security of our technology environment.
This is a player-coach role, ideal for someone who thrives in rolling up their sleeves, solving complex problems, and building structure where it matters most, without overcomplicating processes. You will oversee IT support, endpoint management, and security practices, while acting as a key escalation point for the team and a trusted partner to the business.

Duties include but are not limited to:
IT Operations & Help Desk Leadership
Assess and improve help desk performance, including response times, ticket quality, and user satisfaction Establish and maintain practical service standards and escalation processes Monitor workloads, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Hands-On Technical Leadership
Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues Troubleshoot and resolve critical system, user, and infrastructure challenges Coach and mentor IT team members in real time
Endpoint Management & Workplace Technology
Oversee and optimize Intune / device management environment Standardize device configuration, patching, and deployment practices Improve overall employee technology experience
Security & Risk (Practical Focus)
Ensure core security measures are implemented and functioning effectively (MFA, access controls, device compliance) Support ongoing security improvement initiatives and follow through on findings Partner with internal and external stakeholders on risk mitigation
Applications & Change Support
Support implementation and stabilization of business applications (e.g., ERP systems) Help drive adoption through troubleshooting, coordination, and user support Contribute to simple, effective change management practices
Operational Discipline & Reporting
Track and report on key metrics (tickets, response times, recurring issues) Maintain essential documentation and system knowledge
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Minimum of 10 years in IT operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365, Azure AD Intune / endpoint management IT support and ticketing systems Demonstrated success in improving help desk performance and team effectiveness Solid troubleshooting skills across systems, devices, and user environments Practical understanding of IT security fundamentals Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment Able to balance structure with flexibility Strong communicator who can engage both technical teams and business stakeholders About the Job
