Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Financial Services Manager (FSM) to join our team in Western Canada.

The Financial Services Manager (FSM) operates within a defined district and serves as Nissan's primary point of contact with Dealership Business Managers. This role functions as a hands-on business consultant focused on strengthening relationships, improving dealership performance, and supporting the sale and success of all Nissan Canada Programs

A Day in the Life:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealership leadership to grow Business Office sales, focusing on NCESI and NCF products.

  • Deliver in-dealership and classroom training on product knowledge, sales techniques, systems, and processes.

  • Analyze Dealer performance data and execute strategies to grow product penetration, CPO engagement, and customer retention.

  • Monitor competitive F&I programs and provide insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Support Dealers in achieving Voice of the Customer (VOC) objectives through process improvements and action plans.

Who We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, including at least 2 years in automotive financing or Business Office roles.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and training skills.

  • Broad knowledge of Finance and Insurance products, competitive offerings, and dealership operations.

  • Ability to perform the duties from one of the provinces stated above.

  • Travel required within assigned district.

Desired:

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Tableau experience is an asset.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and support cross-functional field teams.

  • Strong analytical skills for reporting, performance monitoring, and business planning.
