Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Finance Operations team at a major bank, supporting critical business processes and data governance activities. This individual will work in a highly operational environment, assisting with process documentation, system maintenance, account setup, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of manual tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
Key responsibilities include
- Documenting and maintaining operational processes and procedures
- Adding and maintaining new profit centres and accounts within internal systems
- Performing data reconciliation activities and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting day-to-day operational workflows and administrative processes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
This role pays $35-37/hr. Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
