Third Cook
Capilano Golf & Country Club, a private facility located in West Vancouver, 15 minutes from the downtown core, is seeking a Second Cook to join our Kitchen Team. This position reports to the Executive Chef and Chef de Partis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of cooking styles, line work, special events and production prep.
We offer stable, regular shifts, excellent benefits, a safe, and a clean well-equipped kitchen in a beautiful environment. If you enjoy a menu that changes regularly, top quality ingredients and working with a cohesive and committed team– this may be for you!
Duties and responsibilities include without limitation, the following:
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $24.00 per hour
