What the job involves
- We’re looking for a forward-thinking DevOps Manager to lead the transformation of our cloud infrastructure, bringing both technical depth and strategic vision
- You’ll own core areas like AWS/Azure infrastructure, Terraform automation, cloud security, and cost governance—while also driving the adoption of GenAI in DevOps and evolving our internal developer platform
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure using Terraform and IaC best practices
- Lead automation of CI/CD pipelines, provisioning, and configuration workflows
- Drive adoption of platform engineering and developer self-service tooling
- Apply GenAI to accelerate deployment, generate infra code, and streamline ops
- Ensure infrastructure meets SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal security requirements
- Collaborate with InfoSec to manage IAM, patching, and incident response
- Use AI-assisted monitoring to improve threat detection and policy enforcement
- Monitor and reduce spend across AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and Datadog
- Build tools for cost forecasting and team-level accountability
- Align cost strategy with business goals using data-driven, AI-enhanced models
- Improve CI/CD speed, stability, and ease of use across the engineering org
- Measure and improve delivery metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR)
- Build an internal platform that enables velocity, self-service, and clear feedback loops
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global DevOps team
- Drive infrastructure modernization projects in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Security
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and operational excellence
- Drive the DevOps roadmap and alignment with peer teams
