About the role

Overview:
Weever is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to lead demand generation and growth operations. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, own HubSpot and reporting, and work closely with Sales and leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can set strategy, communicate effectively with executives, and roll up their sleeves to execute campaigns.

This role is for you if:

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Campaigns· Own multi-channel demand generation across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing), ABM, nurture flows, and events.

  • Manage agency partners for paid programs, overseeing bid strategy, creative development, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and optimize ABM campaigns, nurture sequences, and lead enrichment.
  • Plan and execute webinars and event marketing programs to generate pipeline.
  • Continuously test ad copy, CTAs, and landing pages to improve funnel performance.

Growth Operations & Marketing Analytics· Own HubSpot administration (workflows, dashboards, reporting, data enrichment, forms).

  • Deliver marketing attribution and ROI analysis (multi-touch, first/last touch).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign ROI, CAC, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver forecasting and performance insights for executive decision-making.

Website & CRO· Manage paid traffic acquisition and website conversion rate optimization initiatives.

  • Lead A/B testing and CRO programs to improve conversion across landing pages and site flows.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering to ensure technical performance (speed, uptime, integrations).

Strategic Alignment & Team Leadership· Collaborate with Sales to ensure marketing programs are tightly aligned with pipeline creation goals.

  • Translate campaign performance into executive-ready insights for leadership reporting.
  • Oversees and sets strategy for all of Marketing, aligning demand generation with brand and product marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Head of Brand & Product Marketing (your direct report and partner in marketing) to deliver on shared goals of pipeline, revenue and market presence

Success Metrics:

  • Pipeline & revenue contribution from marketing programs.
  • ROI by channel and campaign.
  • Funnel performance improvements (MQL → SQL → Opp → Closed Won).
  • CAC efficiency and LTV: CAC payback improvements.
  • Website conversion lifts and CRO impact.

  • HubSpot (automation, reporting, workflows, dashboards)
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Paid, Meta, Bing Ads, Google Console
  • Analytics & attribution tools (dashboards, UTMs, forecasting)

More About Who You Are:

  • A strategic but hands-on growth marketer with proven experience in demand generation, paid media, and marketing operations.
  • Comfortable building campaigns and dashboards yourself, while also presenting insights and strategy to executives.
  • Skilled in HubSpot administration and performance marketing optimization.
  • Data-driven, with a strong grasp of CAC, attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Able to bridge strategy and execution — thinking big while ensuring campaigns get done.
  • A strong, collaborative leader able to work well with both agency and internal partners
