Your Role

We’re looking for a Front of House Expo to keep our service running seamlessly. This role is the critical link between our kitchen and service teams, ensuring that each plate is perfect before it reaches the guest. If you’re detail-oriented, love working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on coordination and communication, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the central communicator between the kitchen and service teams
• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen is accurate, well-presented, and timely
• Double-check tickets and plating to confirm special requests and modifications are followed
• Manage ticket flow and prioritize outgoing dishes to maintain a smooth service pace
• Communicate with servers and runners to ensure guests receive their orders correctly and promptly
• Assist with garnishing, tray setups, and light food running as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized expo line
• Help troubleshoot timing or order issues during service

What You Bring

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is an asset
• Great communicator and team player
• Comfortable moving between tasks quickly and efficiently
