Forklift Warehouse Associate – REACH Certified
Location: Vaughan Distribution Centre
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm AM – 2:30 PM
Salary: $23.10/hour + 1.50 $3hour afternoon premium

What you will accomplish with us:
- Operate REACH forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory in high-racking systems.
- Handle HVAC materials such as compressors, ductwork, and electrical components.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Support team operations and customer needs in the warehouse.
- Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a REACH forklift.
- Valid REACH Forklift Certification.
- Confidence working at height with camera-assisted equipment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory software.
- Experience with HVAC products or a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
