Summary Valnet is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our digital acquisition strategy and scale customer growth. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, analytics, and ROI optimization.
You will support the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, and emerging channels — driving measurable business impact through performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and ROI tracking to ensure maximum effectiveness of spend.
- Support campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics — CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA — and implement data-backed optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align messaging, targeting, and landing page performance.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Drive marketing automation, audience segmentation, and personalized retargeting initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, attribution modeling, and marketing technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven success in managing large-scale paid media budgets and driving measurable results.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with CRO, landing page testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.), and CRM integrations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or digital-first company preferred).
- Experience working in the insurance, banking, and mortgage loans industries is considered an asset.
