Job Title: Recruitment Operations Specialist
Work Environment: 100% Remote **candidates must reside in Ontario
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Operations Specialist to support the Bayshore Healthcare Staffing Division, which consists of five national recruitment teams, in delivering high-quality staffing solutions across clinical and non-clinical roles. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operational processes and exceptional candidate/stakeholder experiences and requires an individual who is enthusiastic about ensuring deliverables of key business priorities are met.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition of the Bayshore Healthcare Staffing Division, this role is pivotal in driving process improvements to support the development of quality recruitment practices and efficiencies across multiple teams, so the successful candidate individual must have a strong understanding of supporting multiple business units as well as the implementation of new RFPs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across multiple teams, while ensuring a positive client experience and improving employee satisfaction

Under the Director’s guidance, partner with Bayshore’s RFP team to respond to new contracts within the scope of business lines and support existing vendor relationships ensuring negotiated agency costs are in line with recruitment strategies.

Assist with planning, scheduling, documenting and tracking of all aspects of assigned projects & initiatives to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and well documented.

Assist in team meetings, RFP meetings, and process improvement meetings by taking minutes and ensuring follow-up items are completed

Coordinate with clients and manage contractual agreements to ensure adherence to SLAs and other contractual requirements to ensure high quality services and customer satisfaction.

Support the Director with monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and candidate submissions to ensure all contracts are being serviced and fulfilled with high quality standards

Provide support to the national Staffing Division recruitment teams, specifically Talent Group, with creating job postings, updating company website, supporting client submissions, acting as liaison between hiring managers/clients and the recruitment teams, scheduling interviews, and creating offer letters.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years of Recruitment, Healthcare Provider Coordination or Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ATS and HRIS system completing recruitment, onboarding and HR related tasks

Strong experience in employee engagement initiatives and customer satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
-
Highly skilled in developing business relationships with internal and external partners, leadership, and healthcare providers
-
Experience with change management and/or process improvement would be an asset

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
