Do you have a passion for wine and a knack for creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and charismatic bartenderto join our team! In this role, you'll craft and serve exceptional wine, cocktails, and tastings while educating guests on our selections. You’ll create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring every pour is paired with great conversation and hospitality. If you love working in a fast-paced yet elegant setting and have a deep appreciation for wine, we’d love to have you on board.

As a Bartender, you will...
- Consistently demonstrates service excellence, resulting in memorable guest experiences
- Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the bar area and lounge, contributing to a positive guest experience.
- Engaged with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- Be able to learn the restaurant menu, wines, and pairing opportunities. Must be able to communicate this knowledge to our guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with catering support shifts for various events on the estate as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of bartending experience, ideally in a winery, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
- Valid Serving it Right certificate
- Intermediate knowledge of wine - WSET level 1 or equivalent experience an asset
- Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and responsible service practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support servers and other staff.
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on exceptional guest service.
