AWS - Node JS & Java Full stack
Full Time Toronto, ON
- Must have 10+ years of experience in software development with strong technical leadership capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications using AWS, Node.js, and Java technologies.
- Build and maintain serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and other AWS services.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Node.js and Java frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and related technologies.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end applications, backend services, and cloud platforms.
- Lead technical design discussions and collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define and deliver robust solutions.
- Drive architecture, coding standards, best practices, and technical governance across the development lifecycle.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability across all layers of the technology stack.
- Implement secure cloud solutions, including effective management of IAM roles, policies, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices for automated build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources and application performance in AWS environments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AWS services, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions within Agile development environments.
