HOURLY RATE: $18.00
Full Or Part-time Hours
- Full Time: Average 4-5 shifts/week
- Part Time: Average 1-3 shifts/week
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The Rental Attendant assists the guest in all aspects if renting ski or snowboard equipment. This includes choosing the correct equipment for the guest based on their ability level, and ensuring they receive all information needed to enjoy a day on the slopes.
- Educate the guests on the rental process and answer questions they may have.
- Provide a high-quality experience for the guest by selecting rental equipment that will best fit their needs based on their level of ability.
- Set equipment, provide the proper product knowledge, and inform the guest of how to operate the equipment.
- Ensure the proper rental procedures are followed included confirming information on the waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned and DINs are set correctly on skis.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Physically fit and able to lift 40lbs.
- Must achieve an 80% or higher on binding manufacturer exam.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, be customer orientated and have the ability to communicate confidently with both guests and coworkers.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays consisting of Christmas, Family Day Weekend and March Break.
