ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
- Regulated health professional with a degree in a health services field
- Masters degree in a healthcare related field preferred (or willingness to complete a Masters degree within 5 years)
- Current membership in the appropriate professional College required
- Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Member of Professional Organizations i.e. RNAO

CKHA collaborates with other partners to deliver care across its community.
