About the role

Company Description DanDavBP is an AI-powered 3D print-ready studio built for makers, creators, and innovators in the additive manufacturing and 3D printing community. Its SaaS platform transforms text prompts and 2D images into high-quality, slice-ready 3D models in seconds, eliminating the need for complex CAD tools and manual modeling. Every generated asset is structurally sound and optimized for reliable, flawless printing. The platform supports use cases ranging from rapid prototyping and tabletop miniatures to custom part manufacturing, delivering file types tailored to diverse production workflows. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Vancouver, BC. The Full-stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that power DanDavBP’s AI-driven 3D modeling platform, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, integrating APIs and services, and ensuring a seamless user experience for creators and manufacturers. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and AI engineering teams, writing clean and testable code, reviewing code contributions, and participating in architecture discussions. The developer will also help improve development workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production web applications. Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces. Experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and working with relational or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and fundamental software engineering practices such as testing and code review. Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and translate product requirements into technical solutions. Comfort working in an on-site environment in Vancouver, BC, with a willingness to engage in hands-on problem solving and rapid iteration. Experience or interest in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or AI-powered creative tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
