Bentley School is a Pre-K to gr 12 school that serves 425 students. We are looking for an educational assistant that is committed to fostering student success. The goal is to take great pride in creating a supportive environment where students can thrive academically, athletically and personally.

Assignment:

• Part-time 0.637 FTE Temporary Educational Assistant position

• Duties to commence August 27, 2025 and will continue until October 3, 2025

• To provide support and assistance to students in Kindergarten within small groups and individualized settings

Qualifications and/or Assets:

• Experience working with students in a one-on-one and small group setting
• Ability to formulate strong and healthy relationships with students
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a flexible learning environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with all staff to ensure the best possible educational experience
• Experience working with service providers would be considered an asset
• Calm and patient approach to solving problems
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment and be a positive team member Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
• Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant
