(CAN) Analyst, Transportation Analytics
About the role
Position Summary... To analyze transportation metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operations while supporting strategic decision-making. Also manage support and administration for transportation process, supporting continuous transportation tool utilization, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting issues.
What You'll Do...
- Continuously maintain and update transportation dashboards, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee all work tickets on tools (internal & external), managing reviews and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Reorganize databases according to national and regional requirements, optimizing structure and performance based on data insights.
- Act as a liaison for front-line teams, IT, management, and database users, providing training and addressing questions, and tailoring programs/tools to resolve common queries.
- Manage master databases, set user permission levels, and organize groupings, using data insights to forecast and prevent potential data access issues.
- New: Work closely with Insights Managers to support projects, communicate updates, and assist with process improvements and the creation of SOPs.
- New: Serve as an expert on Salesforce and other transportation tools, supporting cross-functional teams in their use and optimization.
The pay range for this position is $66,400.00 - $83,000.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
