In case you’re curious, here’s what the industry thinks of us and some of the impacts we've made to the communities we work in. You As a General Foreperson Will

• Be a working foreperson while leading trade staff to complete jobsite related projects
• Supervise own force craft labour and continue to mentor and develop the workforce as required
• Coordinate rough in and other requirements with subcontractors
• Identify and conflicts or coordination required within the construction documents and work to resolve them
• Assist with the overall site safety and quality programs as required and ensuring Trade employees/subcontractors compliance with standards and all applicable safety codes, regulations, and jobsite security
• Complete and submit time sheets, daily construction reports, and required safety paperwork daily
• Manage the contracted work to ensure that is installed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents
• Display a high level of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operations
• Actively participate in the project quality control and quality assurance program

Is this role right for you?

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in ICI construction and self perform concrete operations
• Valid fall protection certificate
• Valid PEWP ticket
