The Problems You’ll Solve As a Sr. Web Engineer, you’ll join our incredible marketing team in bringing Rebuy’s products and experiences to life. You’ll be an integral part of the strategy, development and optimization across www.rebuyengine.com and its global web properties. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with all Rebuy teams including product, engineering, sales, customer success, partnerships, and support to build seamless, scalable, and visually compelling web experiences that drive growth and engagement.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following modern software development best practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, company leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on goals and expectations.
- Perform thorough quality assurance by testing and validating web functionality across browsers and devices.
- Leverage AI (coding agents, LLMs, etc.) to improve efficiency and solve complex problems.
- Design, build, and maintain websites and digital assets using HubSpot, including landing pages, microsites, and email templates.
- Support marketing initiatives by developing engaging, interactive tools such as surveys, estimators, and calculators.
- Optimize website performance with a focus on speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Create high-impact web experiences that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
- Stay ahead of web technologies / trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the user experience and development process.

The Hard Skills:
- Current HubSpot CMS / Developer Certifications
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience
- 2+ years experience of developing in HubSpot CMS
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- High proficiency in HubL, HubDB, and other Hubspot APIs and features
- If you’ve got experience in agency, SEO, or API that’s a big bonus too!
The Soft Skills:
- Passion to learn, adapt, and implement new technologies as you continue to progress in this role.
- Drive to collaborate across departments and knowledge-share to help our team grow together.
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
