Reporting to the Director of Operations, Insurance Tracking and Environmental Services the Client Care Specialist will join our call centre and be required to provide timely customer-focused assistance to both external and internal clients regarding Opta’s insurance tracking products and services.

Responsibilities About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via telephone and email.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to Opta's insurance tracking products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Opta's product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Ensure all interactions with clients are in line with Opta's brand and values.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications About You and How You Can Excel in this Role

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Insurance industry experience is considered an asset.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a successful and innovative team.
