Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist with strong expertise in system storage technologies and NetApp-certified solutions to join our Cybersecurity Operations team supporting industrial plant environments. This role focuses on implementing and supporting cyber security controls for critical OT (Operational Technology) systems, with a specialized emphasis on storage systems used within plant digital control systems, emergency systems, and other critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Storage System Management :
Administer, support, and maintain NetApp storage systems and other enterprise storage platforms across industrial environments.
Optimize storage provisioning, capacity planning, and data protection mechanisms in compliance with security standards.
Ensure secure configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of storage systems in alignment with OT cyber regulations.
Cybersecurity Operations :
Analyze, implement, test, and troubleshoot cyber security controls on digital systems such as DCS, security, monitoring, and emergency planning systems.
Provide technical guidance for cybersecurity infrastructure including SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, workstations, and servers.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend cybersecurity solutions to minimize threats and meet industry regulations.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation :
Oversee change management and ensure compliance with ISA/IEC 62443 , NERC CIP , and company cyber security policies.
Develop, maintain, and document cyber security implementing procedures, assessments, and audit materials.
Incident Response & Risk Analysis :
Lead cyber incident investigations and assist with containment, eradication, and recovery.
Identify vulnerabilities and perform security risk evaluations for new and existing systems.
Audit Support & Program Improvement :
Participate in cyber tabletop exercises and audits, both internal and external.
Interface with IT/OT security teams and enterprise security groups to ensure alignment with corporate security strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in OT or IT cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on NetApp or similar enterprise storage systems .
NetApp Certified (e.g., NCDA, NCIE) or equivalent hands-on experience with ONTAP environments.
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA/DCS, and OT networking.
Understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 , NERC CIP , or other industry-specific cyber regulations.
Experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, compliance management systems, etc.
Preferred:
Additional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, CEH, or SANS/GIAC.
Experience in power generation, utilities, oil & gas, or similar critical infrastructure industries.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and secure architecture design.
