About the role

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns for McLean & Company. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to help turn marketing strategy into tangible results. The Marketing Specialist will play a key part in ensuring campaigns, projects, and initiatives run smoothly and effectively, enabling the team to deliver measurable impact across all stages of the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Execute various marketing campaigns by building out various assets including emails campaigns, promotional materials, landing pages, presentations, etc.
  • Coordinate with marketing managers to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal teams.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by providing marketing content and tools for the sales team.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing campaigns, processes, and assets.
  • Manage day-to-day project logistics, timelines, and communications to keep initiatives on track.

What You Bring Education & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, project management tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on execution and follow-through.

  • Creative and innovative, bringing new ideas to marketing initiatives while aligning with business objectives.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable; open to learning new tools, platforms, and processes.

Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
