Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Organize greenhouse and nursery operations. Supervision: 16-20 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Type of crops: Greenhouse tomatoes. Tomatoes. Technical experience: Greenhouse production programs. Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system. Area of work experience: Plant disease, pest and weed prevention and eradication. Plant growth and development. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Plant knowledge and identification. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
