Team Lead - Edmonton City Centre
Typical Job Duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Monitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures
- Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)
- Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulations
- Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on site
- Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the client
Requirements:

A Valid Security license is considered an asset
Must have a flexible schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends)

Must be bondable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computer

Speak, read and write English fluently

Have reliable transportation
