Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: New Brunswick (Remote)
Project: Clinical Information Solution (CIS) Consolidation
Bilingual – English/French Background New Brunswick is implementing a unified Clinical Information Solution (CIS) to replace individual hospital systems. This initiative aims to standardize clinical practices and improve patient care and data management. The Clinical Standards project supports this by developing province-wide standards integrated into the CIS.
Role Summary The Department of Health is hiring a Governance Coordinator to manage governance processes within the CIS consolidation program. This role ensures consistency, strategic oversight, and coordination across clinical, project, and informatics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure governance compliance for the Symbio Project.
- Standardize governance processes across committees and working groups.
- Maintain and update Terms of Reference, membership lists, and governance documentation.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
- Track decisions, actions, risks, and metrics.
- Prepare regular governance reports (attendance, status updates, resource use).
- Manage governance data in JIRA and shared drives.
- Support process improvements using stakeholder feedback.
Deliverables
- Updated Terms of Reference and governance documentation.
- Coordinated meetings with documented minutes.
- Maintained access and membership records.
- Regular governance reporting.
- Accurate tracking of decisions and risks.
- Organized documentation in central platforms.
- Recommendations for improving governance practices.
Required Experience
- Post-secondary education in health-related fields or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years supporting governance in CIS or digital health projects.
- Experience with documentation (ToRs, SOPs, minutes), meeting coordination, and reporting.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Background in healthcare or complex environments.
- Proven project coordination in clinical or health transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting governance groups in large organizations.
Skills & Competencies
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Atlassian JIRA.
- Training in project management or process improvement (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma).

- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required with prior approval.
