We are currently seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our Industrial Projects team supporting work at our Fort McMurray projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and enjoys coordinating field execution, documentation, and project controls activities.

These projects are based at the Suncor Base Plant. This is a project-based position that will begin with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, which may change depending on project requirements. Camp accommodations and LOA may be provided. Strong consideration will be given to local Fort McMurray residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to support project execution
• Project scheduling and cost tracking
• Manage material ordering, receiving, and tracking
• Support documentation requirements with Client QA/QC teams
• Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and project documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to support schedule and budget performance
• Perform project-related data entry and reporting
• Project controls and tracking deliverables

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Coordinator or Project Coordinator role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Previous industrial construction experience required
• Civil construction experience considered a strong asset
• C.E.T. designation (or working toward it) is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
