Join our team is a Manager, Business Development! In this role you’ll identify and generate Mergers & Acquisitions leads across Eastern Canada to support our growth through acquisitions and play a key role in increasing EBITDA to achieve annual acquisition targets in conjunction with our Business Development team.

We are ideally seeking a candidate located in British Columbia.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Generating leads for acquisitions through researching potential prospects (cities, individuals) engaging with them through various channels, including phone outreach, email, LinkedIn networking, and in-field visits
• Building relationships with potential prospects interested in partnerships or acquisition opportunities, fostering trust and collaboration
• Attending association and industry events, representing the organization as a Brand Ambassador, fostering connects, highlighting our strengths and values
• Supporting the closing and post-closing relationships, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing collaboration
• Using Monday.com software to track and log all lead generation and call activities efficiently

As The Successful Candidate You Have

• 5+ years Business Development experience
• A university degree in Business is a considered an asset
• Exceptional relationship building, negotiation and sales skills
• Expertise in project management and time management
• Strong understanding of the valuation process and numbers
• Proficient in data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Bilingualism in English and French or English and another language, is considered an asset

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The salary for this position is between $97,400 to $121,800 annually considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering. This role offers a base salary plus commissions.
