Job Description
CEDA is seeking a motivated and professional individual for the Business Services Support Administrator out of our Fort MacKay Industrial Park shop. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between the operations and the site services support group. They will be responsible for performing a full range of contract administration, coordination, and fleet and procurement activities.
By representing CEDA in a professional and skilled manor, the Business Services Support Administrator will help drive our company’s success by helping service our internal and external customers through our many different service lines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- You are the face of CEDA! Be the main point of contact for any office visits by greeting visitors and help our customers with their needs
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external groups to allow for process and contract successes, while in compliance with contractual agreements.
- Ensure data entry meets contract requirement timelines with the goal of 100% LEM accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of union/government compensation changes and implications on existing contracts
- Assisting with preparing and submitting proposal responses, reviewing, preparing and submitting pre-qualifications
- Assist with new union employee’s onboarding, A&D testing, book training, site mobilization, book travel, etc.
- Fleet tracking and rental management through Organizations ERP systems including Manager Plus data entry, including assistance with retrieval and return of rental vehicles
Role Specifications:
- 5+ years of related administration work experience in union agreements, procurement and proposals is required
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (and Sharepoint or other various client systems)
- Ability to understand union agreements is an asset
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excels within customer service has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Quick learner, especially when it comes to computer programs

Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environments
