Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Demonstrated experience in calibrating and maintaining electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing shop environment is a plus. Proficient knowledge of 12VDC/24VDC systems is required. Must have your own tools and wear steel-toe shoes. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, reaching, etc. with arms, hands, and fingers. Ability to properly and safely lift 50 lbs. Requires frequent repetitive motion, i.e., turning wrenches, hammering, screwdrivers, impact tools, etc.
Requirements / Essential Functions
Provide hands-on support to the Electrical team, ensuring the efficient operation of a variety of electrical systems and components. Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineered drawings to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs. Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical equipment utilizing proven troubleshooting techniques. Apply your knowledge of electrical theory to test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, ensuring optimal performance. Install, test, and repair electrical components, with a focus on relays, switches, circuit breakers, and transducers. Maintain a strong commitment to safety by adhering to all safety procedures and protocols.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
