We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Dry Assembler to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, assembled, and prepared for outbound delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Dry Assembler, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking and assembling dry goods orders, assisting with inventory handling, and maintaining an organized and safe workspace. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, assemble, and pack dry goods orders based on packing slips and internal procedures
- Receive, verify, sort, replenish, and store incoming inventory
- Support shipping, freight handling, customer pickups, and returns processing
- Assist with unloading trailers and delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily warehouse operations
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive movement and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
Assets/ Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is considered an asset
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks is considered an asset
- Additional language skills such as Cantonese or Mandarin are considered an asset in supporting communication within our diverse workplace; however, these language skills are not required for the role
Working Hours:
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays based on operational requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Hourly Wage: $18.66 -$24.95
- Disclosure Statements: A candidate’s experience and knowledge may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position
