We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Setup Technician.

Your role

As a Setup Technician, you will support our production team by setting up, adjusting, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is key to keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Your background and experience

  • Strong understanding of mold/tooling installation and removal procedures (setup, changeover, and troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues efficiently.
  • Experience performing material and color changes to reduce downtime.
  • Skilled in documenting process adjustments and setup changes accurately.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to plant safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring equipment cleanliness and readiness before and after changeovers.
  • Ability to maintain a fast work pace while ensuring accuracy and product quality.
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Basic mechanical proficiency and comfort working with tools and machinery.
  • Willingness to be flexible with changing priorities and help with other duties as required.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or quality preferred but not required.
