As an Omni Sales Operations Specialist , you’ll ensure smooth operations across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. From managing sales data and overseeing the order lifecycle to optimizing inventory and driving OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance, you’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end wholesale order delivery, ensuring accurate entry, timely fulfilment, and clear, proactive communication to support OTIF delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and balance inventory across orders and fulfilment touchpoints to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.
- Support sales team with pricing, product availability, order forms, and other operational needs to ensure seamless sales process.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all sales and operational data within the ERP and related systems, and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate sales data within ERP systems; generate sales reports, and data reporting to support sales planning and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales and operational processes, streamline communication channels, and improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing seasonal order books, line sheets, and product information for wholesale accounts; coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, both internal and external – having good communication channels to ensure the team are aware of any problems and issues while building and maintaining close working relationships with all key stakeholders

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate level in Excel
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability and time management practice
- Highly organized with a “can-do” attitude
- High Aptitude in SAP platform.
- Experience or passion in the Sports and Outdoor industry is preferable

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $75,000 to $90,000 per annum at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
