About the role
About the role VC Lawyers (Vaturi & Cho LLP) is hiring a full-time Receptionist & Office Assistant for our North York office. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll answer calls, greet visitors, and keep the front desk running smoothly. We work with both English and Korean speaking clients, so we need someone comfortable in both languages.
What you'll do Greet clients and answer and route incoming calls Handle mail, scanning, copying, and basic document prep Schedule appointments and keep the calendar accurate Provide general support to our lawyers and clerks
What we're looking for Fluent in English and Korean, since you'll be working with Korean speaking clients daily Reliable, organized, and hardworking, with attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general office software Professional phone manner and discretion with confidential information Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday
Previous reception or office experience, or experience in a law firm, is a plus but not required.
