What are your contributions to the team?
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis for IT projects within the Program and Portfolio Management team
- Participating in project review boards, monthly cost reviews, and portfolio meetings
- Creating dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and project health
- Automating routine reporting and approval workflows using Power Automate
- Developing simple apps and tools with Power Apps to streamline internal processes
- Enhancing data quality and consistency through process improvement initiatives
- Supporting procurement activities and ensuring proper follow-up
- Providing ad-hoc support to the management team with a focus on automation and efficiency
How to thrive in this role?
- You’re enrolled in a university program in accounting, finance, project management, business administration, or a related field
- You understand how support functions like finance and HR contribute to business success
- You’re autonomous, organized, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You’re customer-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
- You’re bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- You have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- You have experience or interest in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and SAP
- You communicate complex ideas clearly through reports and presentations
- You’re detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy and consistency
- You work well independently and take initiative to propose solutions

- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
