**Job purpose:**To

ensure customer orders are gathered, packaged and delivered accurately, efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Masterfully pull, pack, and ship customer, job, and will-call orders with near-perfect accuracy – ensuring every delivery arrives spot-on and builds loyalty

• Process payments and build genuine relationships at the counter, over the phone, and with drivers – delivering top-tier service that keeps customers coming back

• Jump in to support the Yard or Receiving teams when needed – keeping the whole operation smooth no matter the day's demands

• Keep our warehouse, yard, and retail spaces spotless and organized – creating a safe, efficient space everyone loves working in

• Spot and fix inventory issues proactively – playing detective to keep stock accurate and operations running without hiccups

• Operate forklifts and equipment like a pro – efficiently and always prioritizing safety. Not certified? No problem! We will take care of it.
