About the role
The Associate Vice President, Replenishment is accountable for enterprise‑wide replenishment strategy and execution, ensuring optimal inventory flow that protects in‑stock, minimizes excess, and supports core retail fundamentals across all banners and categories. The role leads the Replenishment organization, including Replenishment Managers, Analysts, and Replenishment Process teams, and translates demand signals into disciplined supply actions that balance service, cost, and working capital.
The AVP drives consistent replenishment best practices, strengthens vendor and supply chain performance, and modernizes tools, reporting, and operating rhythms to reduce friction for merchants and stores. Success is measured through improved service levels, reduced standing orders and excess inventory, better late‑schedule performance, and resilient execution through seasonal and hyper‑season peaks, while building strong talent, clarity, and accountability across the replenishment function.
The AVP, Replenishment role is essential to the company’s ability to deliver core retail fundamentals at scale—specifically in‑stock availability, inventory productivity, and disciplined working‑capital management—across all categories and distribution networks. Replenishment is the operational bridge between forecasted demand and physical execution, and without senior‑level ownership, the organization risks fragmented decision‑making, excess inventory, service degradation, and inconsistent vendor performance.

- Lead the Replenishment Support team in supporting the JDA technology, supporting the Replenishment team, managing Replenishment parameters and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the single point of contact between Merchandising teams and Supply Chain and ensure support for key merchandising programs, strategies, & marketing events to ensure their product flow goals are met
- Work closely with other support functions to manage inbound flow: Merchandising, Marketing, Integrated Planning, Supply Chain and FP&A
- Effectively manage the relationship with product suppliers from North America and offshore
- Proactively communicate issues that may impact supply
- Provide leadership and overall direction by leading and fostering a high performance team environment and determining appropriate resourcing to achieve strategy
What you bring
- Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, supported by a university or college degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated accomplishments
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in process design, optimization, and practical application
- Proven people management skills with a strong emphasis on leadership, sound judgment, decisiveness, urgency, and customer focus
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including replenishment and order management processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels and with external partners
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Exceptional collaboration, joint problem-solving, and influencing capabilities
- Strong track record of driving business results and leading performance transformation initiatives
