Emplacement Du Poste Vaughan État/Province Ontario Telecon Design is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for a 1-year Contract opportunity.
The Project Coordinator will be working closely with one of our clients and this role will require the ability to commute at least 1-time per week to Durham, Ontario (Roughly 35 minutes south of Owen Sound, ON). Must have own personal and reliable transportation. This role will work closely with the client, providing support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation to ensure smooth progress of ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in communication, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Serve as a primary point of contact with clients for project documentation, reporting, and updates
- Prepare, format, and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and other project-related materials
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Capture meeting notes and action items, and circulate to stakeholders when required
- Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project data, insights, and progress updates
- Assist with quality assurance of deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism
- Proactively identify and flag risks, delays, or issues that may affect client deliverables
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or a similar role
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry is an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools an asset
- Client-focused and professional in interactions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Good presentation and communication skills, self-assurance
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Capable of working under pressure, sense of urgency
