Job ID: 26-21406

Job Title: Change Management Analyst Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite - 5 days/week) Duration: 168 Business days with possible extension (up to 18 months) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $60 -$70 per hour

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of direct experience facilitating organizational change initiatives. Minimum 4 years of experience developing change management deliverables, including: Change strategies Stakeholder assessments Change impact assessments Readiness assessments Communication plans Adoption strategies Minimum 4 years of experience creating stakeholder communication materials. Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience coordinating change activities across multiple business teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

PROSCI or CCMP Change Management certification. Minimum 3 years of experience developing and delivering training materials and user documentation. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives. Minimum 2 years of experience gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis, and stakeholder consultation. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management deliverables to support project implementation. Create stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and implementation plans. Develop communication materials including presentations, announcements, newsletters, FAQs, leadership messaging, and stakeholder communications. Create training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and end-user documentation. Lead stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, demonstrations, walkthroughs, and alignment meetings. Collaborate with business and project teams to identify organizational impacts and translate project changes into stakeholder-facing materials. Support communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and adoption activities. Coordinate and track change management activities, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items. Support pilot implementations, phased rollouts, and post-implementation adoption activities. Facilitate implementation readiness and assist business teams during project deployment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful organizational transition and user adoption.
