- Experience at all stages in the deal cycle (ex. prospection through contracting)
- You’ve moved from SDR or BDR to AE faster than your peers
- You’ve overachieved your quotas
- Experience working at a high-growth company
- Experience selling to HR or Finance leaders
- Experience in either health or insurance
- Experience winning deals in French

- Builder: opening new markets or verticals excites you. Writing the playbook is more exciting to you than reading one

What the job involves
- As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full sales cycles from prospection to onboarding
- Most of your meetings will be with Founders, or Heads of HR or Finance
- You’ll understand their pain with incumbent insurers and connect that to how a 100% digital solution can help close critical gaps in the health system
- You’ll build relationships through outbound, hosting community events, attending conferences, writing content online & any other channel that increases your empathy and understanding of the market’s challenges
- You’ll share what you hear from prospects & customers so we adapt our product to best serve their needs
- You’ll work with marketing to build relevant campaigns, events, sponsorships and other initiatives
- You won’t wait for leads - you’ll go create them through action
