Position Summary
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care delivery by coordinating client services and field staff schedules. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will manage client inquiries, match caregivers to client needs, and maintain accurate scheduling records.
This is a Temporary Full-Time Contract position offered for a 14-month term, ideal for individuals looking for more opportunities while supporting a dynamic and compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and document client inquiries regarding care and services
- Assess client needs and schedule appropriate staff based on qualifications and availability
- Notify clients and staff of initial and ongoing schedules
- Collaborate with Case Managers, funders, and government programs as needed
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and data entry
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising new staff
- Support recruitment and orientation of field employees
- Address and document client concerns and escalate when necessary
- Promote Bayshore services in alignment with local sales and marketing plans
- Participate in quality improvement and client satisfaction initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Secondary School Diploma; Medical Terminology course is an asset
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Windows-based scheduling software
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred in applicable regions
- Comfortable using standard office equipment
Additional Requirements
- Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
- Two supervisory references
