Responsibilities
Would be looking for a Senior Workday expert who would help lias between my Talent T&D team and our Talent business partners as well as our augmentation partner for Workday work (PWC).
This person would need to be knowledgeable in Workday Reports and integrations and be able to help understand business needs and take lead to coordinate the work among the T&D development team who are learning and the PWC partner.
Currently our Talent business partners are doing this and we need to ensure T&D takes lead and full ownership of this go forward.
Skills
Must have
Experience in Workday in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
Experience in Python scripting or any alternative language
Hands-on expertise in internal integrations
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision
