Patient Administrative Associate - D4ICU - Regular Part-Time 2026-16805
About the role
The PAA is responsible for staffing, scheduling, payroll and the administrative support the D4 ICU unit.
Qualifications/Skills:
- One year of Community College
- One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of ESP staff scheduling system
- Keyboarding at net 40 wpm or net 106 kspm
- Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows
- Patient and Family focused care philosophy required
- Ability to organize work effectively, and work at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment that requires the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent telephone/customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
