What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting young people with evidence-based mental health care
- Delivering assessments, care coordination, and interventions that matter
- Facilitating group sessions for young people and their families
- Creating individualised treatment plans that work
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or similar
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body
- Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
- Ability to connect with diverse clients and build real rapport
- Top-notch communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Confidence with tech – from report writing to client info systems
