We’re Hiring: Warehouse & Field Technician (Crossfield, AB)
Aligned Telecom Solutions Inc. is expanding our operations in Alberta! We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse & Field Technician to base out of our Crossfield, AB location. In this hybrid warehouse and field role, you will manage regional inventory, stage equipment for daily operations, and support telecom installations and site setups across the region. Roles and responsibilities In this role, you will support both warehouse operations and local technical deployments: Inventory Control: Receive, log, and organize telecom equipment at our Crossfield hub. Field Deployment: Assist field teams with hardware installations, cabling, and site setups. · Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records for tools, materials, and equipment moving between the warehouse and active project sites. · Fleet Support: Prepare and stage company utility vehicles so field teams can start work efficiently each day. What you bring to the team Experience: 1+ years in warehousing, logistics, construction, or telecom field operations. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with basic hand/power tools and eager to learn telecom hardware systems. Mobility: A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract. Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable spending time on your feet both in the warehouse and outdoors on sites. Location: Must be local to Crossfield, Airdrie, Calgary, or the surrounding Rocky View County area.
