What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)
- Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory
- The opening will be based out of our North Bay branch, covering a territory of approximately 100 km in each direction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits, calls, and follow-ups
- Proactively identify and understand customer needs and operational challenges
- Deliver value-based solutions that help customers reduce their total cost of ownership
- Follow Canadian Bearings’ established sales strategy and sales process
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity tracking, and forecasting in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pricing, supply chain, and finance to support customer success
- Conduct root cause analysis and work with internal and external resources to provide effective solutions
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current on products, technical solutions, and industry trends
Who You Are (Must-Have)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to make data-informed decisions
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Compensation $65,000 - $80,000 Canadian Bearings provides the salary range for this role to promote pay equity and transparency. The range reflects the anticipated base salary for the position; however, actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
