SSGS offre aux investisseurs et aux gestionnaires d'actifs les outils financiers essentiels dont ils ont besoin pour proposer des solutions d'investissement efficaces. De la conservation de base, à la comptabilité, en passant par l'administration de fonds et la tenue des registres des actionnaires, jusqu'aux solutions opérationnelles complètes et aux services pour les actifs alternatifs tels que les produits dérivés de gré à gré, le capital-investissement et l'immobilier, les outils de SSGS aident nos clients à optimiser leurs choix d'investissement et à saisir les opportunités de croissance.

Vos responsabilités
En tant que vice-président adjoint, vous serez chargé(e) de développer et de mettre en œuvre une approche pour mener à bien une ou plusieurs initiatives d'envergure et/ou complexes.
- Interagir avec différents utilisateurs en tant qu'expert métier afin de comprendre les exigences.
- Capacité à collaborer avec d'autres parties prenantes, analystes et équipes agiles afin de livrer des livrables stratégiques clés aux équipes dans les délais impartis.
- Comprendre les fonctionnalités et définir les exigences métier à mettre en œuvre par les responsables de produits et les équipes de développement.
- Influencer les décisions en accord avec notre stratégie informatique.
- Préparer la documentation utilisateur et système selon les besoins.
- Travailler dans un environnement complexe, soumis à des délais serrés, avec un minimum de supervision.
- Capacité et expérience avérée à travailler au sein d'une équipe collaborative et interfonctionnelle.

Formation et qualifications souhaitées

Licence dans un domaine d'études pertinent.

Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité de fonds

Maîtrise des outils informatiques : produits Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), Jira et Confluence

Expérience des classes d'actifs d'investissement alternatif, des structures de fonds complexes et du calcul des frais souhaitée.

Une expérience avec l'application Geneva est requise.

Une expérience en traçabilité des données au sein de l'infrastructure système est requise.

Capacité à définir des exigences métier détaillées pour le développement.

What you will be responsible for
As an Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for developing and executing an approach to deliver one or more large and/or complex initiatives in accordance.
- Engage with various users as a Subject Matter Expert to understand requirements.
- Ability to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables to teams in timely manner.
- Understand the functionality and create business requirements for Product Owners and Development teams to execute on.
- Influence decisions that align with our IT strategy.
- Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
- Work in a complex deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability and proven track record to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 10+ years of fund accounting experience
- PC Skills – Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Alternative Investment Asset Classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired.
- Experience with Geneva application is required.
- Experience with data lineage throughout system infrastructure is required.
- Ability to create detailed business requirements for development.
- Core competency in Process Re-engineering – Hands on experience in capturing, communicating, redesigning and execution of business processes.
