Job Description
Working in collaboration with the executive leadership team, the incumbent develops, orchestrates, and accelerates strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization. Acting as an architect of transformation, the person ensures cross-functional alignment, drives the execution of the corporate strategy, and translates it into concrete actions that strengthen growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and the customer experience.
Responsibilities

Actively contribute to defining, structuring, and communicating the strategic vision in collaboration with executive teams.

Prioritize and oversee a portfolio of large-scale transformational initiatives, including modernization, digital transformation, and operational optimization.

Ensure rigorous governance of strategic initiatives (methodologies, KPIs, risk assessment, financial validation), in collaboration with FP&A.

Promote alignment and collaboration across business units.

Lead complex strategic analyses to support executive decision-making (scenario modeling, financial projections, impact assessments).

Monitor industry trends and recommend investments and strategic priorities that support the evolution of the business model.

Lead, develop, and mobilize a high-performing team focused on impact, agility, and collaboration.

Deliver clear, concise, and effective executive communications to support key decisions and ensure organizational alignment.
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, engineering, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly recommended.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation leadership, or managing strategic initiative portfolios in a complex or regulated environment (aviation, transport, logistics, technology).
- Proven experience working closely with senior executives, executive committees, and ideally a board of directors.
- Strong ability to simplify complex issues, structure strategic programs, and influence high-level stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in transformation frameworks, strategic governance, and organizational change.
- Inspiring leadership and strong communication skills, including executive-level communication.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English *
-A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
