As a Dentist at our clinic in Barrie, ON, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by delivering comprehensive dental care and personalized treatment plans. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dentist to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating healthier, happier smiles.
Schedule:

Current: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday + 2 Saturdays/month

Growing to: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays/month

Hours:
- Wednesday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
- All other weekdays: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Team Huddle: 20 minutes before opening each day

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions and diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Evaluate patients' oral health and provide preventive care and education.
- Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school or NDEB
- Strong clinical skills and experience in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
