Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Repair and Maintenance Lead. This position is a member of the Repair and Maintenance crew in North Battleford, SK and the surrounding area. As a Repair and Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Millwright ticket is considered an asset
  • An agricultural background would be considered an asset
  • A valid driver's licence is required
  • An agricultural background would be considered an asset
