The Role

As a member of the Technical Services department, you will report to the specialist, information management and administer controlled project document processes at Corporate office. This role provides contract development, drawing management and formal review coordination, contributing to the successful execution of projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Compile, conduct quality reviews on, and issue construction and engineering contract packages to Supply Chain Management (SCM), vendors, and the Construction Management Team (CMT).

  • Coordinate internal and external document reviews using electronic tools.

  • Manage drawing approvals, sealing, and filing using ConsignO and Vault systems.

  • Ensure effective and efficient management of project and functional department documents to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility and availability while maintaining a controlled reliable audit trail.

  • Support and enable adoption of new processes and digital tools.

Required:

  • Certificate or diploma in administration, information management, or a related field;

  • Five to eight years of relevant work experience;

  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;

  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail; and

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Recommended:

  • Experience with electronic file sharing networks or web-based document management systems; and

  • Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments.
